Loading Onto the Truck For the First Time

After working on obstacles, Rivetti progresses to loading onto the truck for the first time. I try to treat the ramp like an obstacle. They don't have to go on it in the first session if they are not ready, but they do need acknowledge it and show improvement over the course of the session.
