Learning to Yield to the Rope

Once my foal is able to yield to my hand, I introduce a rope around their neck and teach them how to yield to the rope. I prefer to teach my horses to yield off pressure around their neck then from their head (from the halter) as it makes more sense to them and reduces the risk of them pulling off the contact and potentially flipping themselves over backwards.
